Grofirst is a hyperlocal commerce platform that enables users to order groceries, fresh produce, medicines, food, and other essentials from nearby stores. The platform brings together customers, local businesses, and delivery partners, creating a seamless shopping experience within local communities.
My role
Designing a connected commerce experience across every touchpoint.
As the UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for designing the end-to-end experience across multiple touchpoints, including the customer mobile application, seller application, and marketing website.

The challenges

- Multiple service categories within one ecosystem
The challenge was balancing feature richness with an interface that remained easy to understand.
